Columbia River Insurance is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position requires a self-motivated individual with an outgoing personality and the ability to establish client relationships and follow up effectively with customers. Superior customer service is the cornerstone of this position and individuals must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally in a variety of situations.
The primary function of this role is to assist and retain current clients as well as attract new customers. An effective CSR will use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options. This role relies heavily on the individual’s ability to organize, prioritize and manage details and deadlines. This role is critical in helping our business grow.
