COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Columbia River Insurance is a busy independent insurance agency in Hood River. The office is currently seeking a full-time Commercial Account Manager. The ideal candidate should be personable with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Hours: Full Time, M-F
Salary: Competitive Salary / DOE
List of Duties
- Review renewal policies for accuracy.
- Work with clients to identify risks and find solutions.
- Work with Carriers to provide thoughtful presentations for new and existing accounts.
- Handle customer change request promptly and completely.
- Identify opportunities for cross selling where appropriate and beneficial to the customer.
- Manage renewal policies, collect renewal information and secure renewals from carriers.
- Provide excellent advice to our customers.
Experience & Requirements
- Current Oregon P&C Insurance License - Preference for CIC, CRM, or similar
- Clear knowledge of Commercial Insurance coverage's and forms.
- 3 years work experience in Commercial Insurance: (Required)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Outlook / Office 365: (Required)
- Knowledge of Applied Systems TAM insurance software
