  • Insulate your pipes and meters
  • Fix all leaks
  • Keep room temperature no lower than 55 degrees in all areas of the property but ideally higher if you plan to leave for a day or longer
  • Remove garden hoses from outdoor faucets, drain the water in the exterior faucets and install insulated covers
